Agile before it's time

Nowadays, more and more people seems interested in Agile and XP.

The basic idea is to split projects into a bunch a little projects with very short deadlines. Agile commonly emphasizes the downsizing of documentations (User Requirements, Functionnal specifications) and advocate more feedbacks from the final users/buyers.
